Conveniently located near Auckland Airport, VR Airport Gateway offers function rooms to hold conferences, meetings, private events, and social gatherings. Featuring landscaped gardens with native trees, our property allows for a truly spectacular atmosphere to engage in business or pleasure.

Wanting to plan a multi-day event? With 70 guest rooms available, our hotel provides clean and comfortable accommodation for an overnight stay, or for those needing to stay in Auckland for a few days. We also offer catering through our in-house restaurant and provide hireage of most presentation materials such as whiteboards, projector systems, and sound equipment.

Function Rooms

At VR Airport Gateway, we offer a warm and friendly atmosphere to host your functions at a very reasonable price. There are four different function rooms to choose from. The Bar Side room can accommodate up to 100 people, while the other rooms can accommodate up to 200 people. We can accommodate any size gathering, large or small. Our spaces are highly adaptable and can be set up for a variety of private or corporate functions.

Themed Events and Out-Catering Options: If the big event calls, the VR Airport Gateway works with professional event teaming companies and activity venues or attractions to create memorable & spectacular upscale experiences. Marquees can be set up on the lawn for the right occasion. Conditions apply.
