At Castaways Resort we are passionate about creating conferences and corporate events with the WOW factor. We have multiple venues, all featuring breath taking ocean views from our inspiring cliff top location, located just one hour’s drive from Auckland CBD. Our facilities include stylish onsite accommodation, Adventure and team building activities, a tranquil onsite day spa, and meeting room options for large or small groups to suit a variety of budgets.

Build your own fantastic day or night out with your choice of venue, delicious food and beverage options to suit all budgets, adventure activities, or spa treatments. We can cater to it all!

Choose between our $49 menu serving on the 1st and 2nd of December or our $75 menu serving on the 5th and 6th! With an exceptional variety of foods and an attractive beverage list, count down the days till Christmas at Castaways Resort!

The Main Cliff Top Venue

Ideal for large groups of up to 120, with a variety of set up options, The Main Cliff Top Venue boasts panoramic ocean views and features a cliff top lawn area perfect for team building activities or pre-dinner mix’n’mingles. The separate glass enclosed deck is ideal for private dining, as a break out area, or fabulous as a dancing space in the evening.

The Tasman Venue

Located at the highest point of the resort, The Tasman Room offers a sense of seclusion and is set among the peaceful gardens adjoining Bersantai Day Spa. Suitable for groups of up to 40.

The Boardroom Chalet

Newly refurbished and in a prime location close to amenities such as Castaways Restaurant & Bar and the Clifftop Venue, the Boardroom Chalet is perfect for small relaxed meetings. The Boardroom Chalet fits up to 10 delegates and is also a great option for a break-out room.

Day Conferences

With Castaways Resorts close proximity to Auckland’s CBD and airports, the resort is a popular choice for Auckland based companies seeking ‘day only’ conferencing facilities.

Overnight Conferences

With full resort facilities available, including onsite dining, activities and the ability to sleep up to 80 guests, the majority of our clients choose to stay overnight at Castaways Resort.

Glam Camping Venue

Located on the stunning cliff tops of Karioitahi beach, the unique Glam Camping Venue can accommodate up to 48 delegates overnight and 70 day delegates. This venue is designed for all seasons and is complete with an indoor conference room, dining, break out areas, lounging areas, outdoor stone fire pit and bar, your own private chef and private host, onsite private accommodation with ensuites. The one of a kind Glam Camping Venue has it all and makes for a truly extraordinary conference or corporate experience, one that the team will remember and reminisce for time to come.

Private Events at Castaways
