This stand alone venue on the Waitangi River Estuary has a private deck and superb views over the bay. The venue has 529m² of floor space and the ability to display vehicles inside. Height and weight restriction applies.

The Treaty Rooms

Located on the ground floor of the hotel, Treaty Rooms One and Two offer 190m² and 141 sqm of floor space respectively with individual air conditioning and lighting controls. The rooms can be combined to offer up to 330m² of floor space. Treaty Rooms Four and Five are set up as permanent boardrooms for 8 and 12 delegates respectively.
