Wapiti may be hired for a full night from 4pm to midnight, or a half-night from 4pm to 8pm for specific Night.

Security
We do have security from 9pm till close on most nights. If you event on these nights, we will cover this one security cost by us for the time after 9pm. But if need more than the one we already have, the cost will be $35 plus GST per hour for one Security.
Minimum spend required
We do have Free Venue Hire. however, we do require a minimum spend which is dependent on the date and day on which you wish to hire the venue. For instance, a Monday night in January will have a minimum spend that is much lower than a Friday night in November.
Also Since we do have Gaming Room, If we still let all other Gaming Patrons come in, the minimum required spend amount will be much lower.

- A PA system with a simple plug and play options to enjoy your own tunes. Free of Charge.
- Touch Screen Karaoke Machines for service Karaoke Party. Free of Charge.
- we can refer A team of professional DJs that play at your party, ensure that mood, pace and volume are professionally controlled. you can discuss the fee with them, and pay them directly, or you can get your own DJ The DJ and can free use our equipment. We do have pre connected well sound system with TV Connected.
