Hello there, I'm Graham Peet, owner of Platter Express. I have been involved in the hospitality industry all my life and I know how much Kiwi’s enjoy fresh, quality food and exceptional service, enjoyed in a relaxed environment with their family, friends or workmates. It is my goal to create businesses that provide quality, value for money catering options for all types of events knowing that New Zealander’s love wholesome, fresh and tasty food.
In November 1997, the Original Spit Roast Catering Company was born. Five years later Fingerfood Catering Company was launched which specialises in catering finger food oriented functions. Now in 2019, we have opened our third business Platter Express! Platter Express provides quick and easy, value for money, fresh food catering options, all delivered with excellent service and support, from our locations in Highbrook, Auckland and Te Rapa, Hamilton.
