All Delamore meals are specially prepared by our executive chef and we can accommodate for most dietary requirements. Our daily delegate rate includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Cocktails and canapés and/or dinner can also easily be arranged for delegates staying on at the lodge.
We have on-site accommodation for up to 12 delegates (twin share), for larger groups, we have close associations with many of the other accommodation suppliers on Waiheke Island and can easily arrange for the additional guests to be accommodated off-site. In these instances, we take care of all the bookings and transfers of delegates to and from Delamore Lodge, making it incredibly easy and stress-free for the organiser.
At Delamore Lodge, we understand that hosting a meeting or conference on Waiheke Island is not an everyday occurrence, therefore we ensure that all the little details are taken care of, so that it is as stress-free and simple as possible for all those involved.
Getting to Waiheke Island – we would advise delegates which ferry to catch and the best place to park in Auckland before boarding the ferry.Transfers – we would arrange the transfers of delegates from the ferry to Delamore Lodge (and back to the ferry again once the conference is over). Alternatively we have a helicopter landing pad, so delegates can fly in from the airport or downtown Auckland.
Food and wine is a key feature of the Delamore Lodge and Waiheke experience. Our Executive Chef is inspired daily by what is homegrown in our own gardens and produce harvested locally and with the abundance of fish from the rich local waters your dining experience is guaranteed to be memorable.
