Located on the Lobby level of Cordis Auckland’s stunning new Pinnacle Tower, the Jade Room is one of the most versatile venues and can seat up to 280 guests, or be used as three separate rooms for 60, 79 or 108 seated guests. It opens into an adjacent outdoor terrace, creating the perfect setting for al fresco dining or pre-event cocktails.
The Great Room
The Great Room is one of the largest pillarless ballrooms in Auckland. The 1,160 square-metre venue features its own grand entrance and a spacious reception area with built-in bars, suitable for pre-event cocktails. Its luxurious fittings and high ceiling with 33 show stopping chandeliers create the perfect ambience for prestigious events and galas. It can be transformed into four separate spaces, ranging from 200 to 440 square metres.
The Crystal Room offers a bright and elegant venue for conferences or banquets, and comes with a private foyer for pre-event cocktails, a stage for performances, and an area that can be used as a dance floor. Divide the room into two separate spaces, perfect as breakout rooms adjacent to the Great Room.
The Vista room is on the 10th floor of the existing hotel and is the perfect spot for smaller gatherings. At 120 square metres and holding up to 100 guests, it can be divided in to two smaller spaces.
The Gallery Rooms vary in size ranging from 30 to 90 square metres, and feature floor-to-ceiling windows that let in an abundance of natural light. Each Gallery Room is equipped with built-in projection screens and accommodates various configurations to suit small seminars, business lunches or workshops.
Boardrooms 1 & 2
Spacious and ambient for executive board meetings and formal presentations, the boardrooms are purpose-built with interactive touch-screen LCD displays, full-length tables and ergonomic swivel chairs.
