THE MENU:
Our menus are curated seasonally, with dishes inspired by our restaurant, WOLF.
Everything is made from scratch and in-house; we dry age our steaks and churn our own butter, and our chefs can be found pickling, smoking, curing and fermenting throughout the seasons.
We use produce that is predominantly organic with carefully sourced, ethically raised meat and line-caught fish interspersed throughout.
Your wedding menu is tailored to you and delivered in a choice of service styles. Dietary requirements are catered to, free of charge.
